Abstract(s)
Este projeto, no âmbito do Mestrado em Administração de Organizações Educativas, enquadra-se na temática dos alunos abrangidos por processos de proteção da Comissão de Proteção de Crianças e Jovens que indiciam insucesso escolar e educativo.
Trata-se de alunos com uma história de vida marcada por maus tratos, abusos e negligência no seio familiar, a quem estão associados problemas a nível de comportamento e de atitudes, como desinteresse, indisciplina, absentismo, insucesso escolar. Estes fatores impedem a sua plena integração na escola, pelo que têm de ser delineadas estratégias conjuntas de atuação, com vista à promoção do seu sucesso escolar e educativo.
Por isso, o relacionamento e a intervenção em parceria entre a escola e a CPCJ, têm de ser melhoradas para que todos os intervenientes no processo, Escola; CPCJ; Aluno e Encarregados de Educação estejam implicados na construção de soluções que promovam o sucesso escolar e educativo dos alunos integrados num processo de proteção.
This project, under a master’s degree in Educational Management Organizations, is concerned with the theme of children under protection processes of the Commission for the Protection of Children and Young that exhibit evidence of failure in their educative process. These are students with an history of life marked by negligence and abuse within the family, who are associated with behavior problems and attitudes, as disinterest, indiscipline, truancy and school failure. These problems inhibit children to be full integrated in school, and that is why it is extremely important to delineate joint strategies of action, with the aim to promote their school and educational success. Therefore, the relationship and intervention in partnership between the school and CPCJ (Commission for the Protection of Children and Young) , must be improved in such a way that all involved in the process School; CPCJ; Student and Guardians can build solutions that promote school success and education for those who are under this kind of protection.
