Abstract(s)
Este trabalho é o resultado de um estágio de seis meses realizado numa entidade
pública de natureza local e faz parte do plano curricular do Mestrado de Auditoria.
O estágio incidiu essencialmente sobre as candidaturas dos municípios integrantes da
entidade aos fundos europeus, onde a entidade visada atua como intermediário entre os
municípios e o acesso aos fundos europeus. Foi focalizado na análise e avaliação das
candidaturas, bem como no preenchimento de documentação e submissão de pedidos de
pagamento.
Paralelamente, os procedimentos exigiram algum trabalho e conhecimentos de
contabilidade pública. Este estágio permitiu um conhecimento alargado da tramitação inerente
aos processos em questão.
This work is the result of a six month study in a public entity of a local nature, and is part of the curriculum of the Master Audit. The internship focused mainly on applications from members of the municipal entity, the European funds, where the target entity acts as an intermediary between the municipalities and access to European funds. Was focused on analysis and evaluation of applications, as well as completing documentation and submission of payment requests. Alongside this the procedures required some work and knowledge of public accounting. This stage allowed a broad knowledge of the processes inherent in the conduct in question.
