A educação e a sua gestão e também sua democratização implicam em
uma participação da sociedade. Há mecanismos que dão ao cidadão meios
para participar e fiscalizar o adequado uso dos recursos públicos. As leis e os
regulamentos dão essa garantia aos cidadãos e a sua fiscalização é necessária
para que seu uso seja feito de forma eficaz.
Há programas voltados para educação e os seus cumprimentos são
regulados em lei. O cidadão tem em mãos mecanismos que ajudam e
garantem os seus direitos e a garantia de que seus recursos serão aplicados
de forma eficiente.
Há de se destacar o papel do controle administrativo dos atos dos
gestores públicos que tem grande importância, pois se trata de um mecanismo
importante para ajudar o cidadão a controlar o uso correto dos recursos
públicos.
A necessidade de melhor programação e fiscalização dos recursos
públicos é de grande importância e a educação está entre as maiores
necessitadas desses serviços já que é uma das areas de maior necessidade de
toda a sociedade brasileira.
