Abstract(s)
Este relatório constitui o culminar do Mestrado em Design da Escola Superior de
Media Artes e Design (ESMAD), do Instituto Politécnico do Porto. A presente reflexão
apresenta o resultado do estágio curricular, em colaboração com a Pegada Criativa,
entidade acolhedora, situada em Vila Nova de Famalicão, durante três meses.
A escolha desta modalidade surgiu, face à possibilidade de não só complementar
a formação académica, como de evoluir profissionalmente num contexto real. O estágio
foi acompanhado por Ângela Rodrigues, proprietária da agência, e que tem o cargo
oficial de Gestora de Projetos da respetiva entidade.
Neste documento, é apresentado uma componente de investigação, que abrange
o Design e o Marketing, revelando a relação intrínseca que têm um com o outro. O
estudo destes temas, serviu para uma melhor compreensão do contexto empresarial no
qual decorreu o estágio, assim como, todos os projetos desenvolvidos durante esse
contexto.
Subsequentemente estabeleceu-se uma descrição do estágio, revelando os
processos e projetos desenvolvidos. Estes seguiram os objetivos inicialmente definidos.
Foi possível aprofundar, em primeiro lugar, as capacidades como profissional na
adquisição de novas competências e ferramentas de trabalho. Mas também, vivenciar
não só a rotina laboral, que envolve estar a par dos processos de concretização de
projetos, como ter uma melhor compreensão das necessidades e expetativas dos
clientes.
This report is the culmination of the Master in Design at the Escola Superior de Media Artes e Design (ESMAD) at the Polytechnic Institute of Porto. This reflection presents the result of the curricular internship of three months in collaboration with Pegada Criativa, the welcoming entity located in Vila Nova de Famalicão. The choice of this modality arose, given the possibility of complementing my educational background and evolving professionally in a work context. Ângela Rodrigues accompanied this internship since she is the owner of the agency, as well as the Project Manager of the respective entity. In this document, a research component is presented, which covers Design and Marketing and their intrinsic relationship with each other. These themes helped to understand the business context in which the internship took place and all the projects developed during this period. Subsequently, a description of the internship is presented, revealing the methodology and projects developed. These two components followed the objectives initially established. It was possible to deepen, firstly, competences as a professional since it was possible to acquire new skills and work tools during the internship. But also, experiencing not only the work routine, which involves being aware of the processes of project implementation, but also having a better understanding of the needs and expectations of customers.
