A alimentação tem um papel vital na nossa saĆŗde, mas com a evolução tecnológica, as pessoas tĆŖm cada vez mais possibilidade de escolha no que toca Ć s refeiƧƵes alimentares. Contudo, as atividades diĆ”rias, muitas vezes nĆ£o permitem que os alimentos consumidos contenham os nutrientes necessĆ”rios para um estilo de vida saudĆ”vel e atĆ© mesmo, muitas vezes, āsaltam-seā refeiƧƵes. Em consequĆŖncia disto, existe um aumento no aparecimento de doenƧas nĆ£o transmissĆveis, como a diabetes. Atualmente existem vĆ”rias soluƧƵes que permitem fazer um controlo dos alimentos consumidos, apresentando as informaƧƵes nutricionais das refeiƧƵes realizadas, que forƧam o registo diĆ”rio destas e obrigam o utilizador a recorrer Ć memória para registo da informação. O trabalho aqui descrito representa o desenvolvimento de uma aplicação web, intuitiva, fĆ”cil e responsiva que permita fazer o registo de bens alimentares adquiridos/consumidos, atravĆ©s das faturas eletrónicas emitidas pelas empresas de distribuição e restauração e indicar que alimentos sĆ£o consumidos pelos membros do agregado familiar. AtravĆ©s destes registos, o sistema apresenta uma anĆ”lise dos dados nutricionais ao longo do tempo. Os sistemas de registo nutricional encontram-se ainda em evolução, podendo vir a ser um mĆ©todo de monitorização acessĆvel a todas as pessoas e incorporado nos objetos do dia a dia, como computadores, telemóveis, bem como fazer parte de um sistema smart home.
Nutrition plays a vital role in our health, but with technological developments, people are increasingly able to choose when it comes to food meals. However, the activities practiced often do not allow the foods consumed to reach the nutrients needed for a healthy lifestyle and even, many times, meals are āskippedā. As a result, there is an increase in the appearance of non-communicable diseases, such as diabetes. Currently there are several solutions that allow you to control the food consumed, presenting the nutritional information of the meals taken, forcing the daily registration of the meals taken and imposing the user to follow the memory to record the information. The work described here represents the development of an intuitive, easy and responsive web application that allows registering purchased/consumed food items through electronic invoices issued by distribution and catering companies and indicating which foods are consumed by household members. Through these records, the system presents an analysis of nutritional data over time. Nutritional recording systems are still evolving and could become a monitoring method accessible to all people and incorporated into everyday objects, such as computers, smartphones, as well as being part of a smart home system.
