Abstract(s)
O presente documento apresenta o trabalho desenvolvido durante o estágio curricular, que decorreu no âmbito da disciplina de DIPRE - Dissertação/Projeto/Estágio, unidade curricular inserida no Mestrado em Engenharia Civil. O trabalho foi desenvolvido num período de seis meses na empresa CCAD – Serviços de Engenharia, Lda., com o objetivo de adquirir novas competências na elaboração de projetos de estruturas e consolidar os conhecimentos obtidos durante o ciclo de estudos. O relatório de estágio pretende essencialmente descrever as atividades realizadas na empresa, apresentando os projetos realizados e as diferentes fases da sua elaboração. São abordados aspetos como a modelação de estruturas, o seu dimensionamento e elaboração das peças desenhadas. São ainda referidos os conceitos de dimensionamento de estruturas em betão armado e estruturas metálicas, assim como a base teórica necessária ao cálculo dos diversos elementos, com vista ao seu enquadramento na metodologia seguida. Nas referências normativas constam tanto a legislação portuguesa em vigor, nomeadamente o Regulamento de Segurança e Acções para Estruturas de Edifícios e Pontes (R.S.A.) e o Regulamento de Estruturas de Betão Armado e Pré-Esforçado (R.E.B.A.P.), como as normas europeias, maioritariamente os Eurocódigos 2 e 3. Foi utilizado um programa de cálculo automático, o Robot Structural Analysis, para modelação e cálculo das estruturas. Algumas verificações foram também feitas com recurso a folhas de cálculo criadas para verificação dos requisitos de segurança dos elementos estruturais, de acordo com as normas em vigor. Os dois principais projetos descritos referem-se ao projeto do Hotel AlmadAliados e ao complexo empresarial Smart Park, sendo ainda apresentado o projeto de uma cisterna de incêndio. Por fim são feitas algumas considerações finais quanto ao trabalho desenvolvido e a desenvolvimentos futuros.
This document presents the work developed during the curricular internship, which took place within the scope of DIPRE - Dissertation / Project / Internship, a curricular unit inserted in the Master’s in Civil Engineering. The work was developed over a period of six months in CCAD - Engineering Services, Lda., with the purpose of acquiring new skills in the elaboration of structural projects and consolidating the knowledge gained during the study cycle. The report aims to describe the performed activities in the company, presenting the projects carried out and the different stages of its elaboration. There are addressed aspects such as the modeling of the structures, its sizing and elaboration of the drawings and design details. There are also referred the concepts of design of reinforced concrete structures and steel structures, as well as the theoretical basis necessary for the calculation of the various elements, in order to fit into the methodology followed. The normative references include both the Portuguese legislation, namely the Regulamento de Segurança e Acções para Estruturas de Edifícios e Pontes (R.S.A.) and the Regulamento de Estruturas de Betão Armado e Pré-Esforçado (R.E.B.A.P.), as well as the European standards, mostly Eurocodes 2 and 3. An automatic calculation program, Robot Structural Analysis, was used for structural modeling and calculation. Some verifications have also been done using spreadsheets created to verify the safety requirements of structural elements in accordance with current standards. The two main projects described are the project for the Hotel AlmadAliados and for the business complex of Smart Park. It is also presented the project of a cistern. Finally, some final considerations are made regarding the work developed and future developments.
