Esta dissertação procura evocar novos modelos de gestão cultural e práticas colectivas de trabalho no campo das artes performativas. Situa a criação e a produção artísticas no contexto de uma sociedade tecnológica e global, onde a arte e o conhecimento são questionados por novas perspectivas éticas e estéticas. Procura interseccionar estas implicações políticas nos modos de fazer e pensar o teatro. Explora de que forma os atos
de concepção, planeamento, encenação, produção e reflexão se completam ou se conjugam como gestos de afirmação e contestação. Paradoxalmente, quando a sustentabilidade das companhias é posta em causa, pela dificuldade de financiamentos e espaços de ensaio e apresentação, os novos coletivos inventam diversos formatos de criação comum e transformam as formas de fazer teatro, onde a amizade e os afetos adquirem um carácter prioritário.
This dissertation seeks to evoke new models of cultural management and collective working practices in the field of performing arts. It situates artistic creation and production in the context of a technological and global society where art and knowledge are questioned by new ethical and aesthetic perspectives with political implications for ways of making and thinking about theater and the structures that conceive of it as an act thought out and generated individually or collectively. It explores how the acts of conception, planning, staging, production and reflection complement or combine as gestures of affirmation and contestation. Paradoxically, when the sustainability of the companies is called into question, due to the difficulty of funding and rehearsal and performance spaces, the new collectives invent various formats of common creation and transform the ways of making theater, where friendship and affection take priority.
