| dc.description.abstract | Numa época caracterizada pelos sucessivos avanços tecnológicos em todas as áreas, as entidades bancárias reconhecem a necessidade de analisar as suas ferramentas tecnológicas visando a inovação e modernização das suas aplicações. Cada vez mais, os clientes procuram serviços de qualidade, onde a rapidez e a usabilidade das aplicações são fundamentais para a tomada de decisões informadas. Nesse contexto, surge a necessidade de realizar uma modernização tecnológica no Partnership, uma aplicação dedicada à gestão de parcerias bancárias entre a Natixis e os seus clientes. Atualmente, essa aplicação enfrenta graves problemas de desempenho, manutenção e interface gráfica, prejudicando assim a eficiência operacional da Natixis e comprometendo a sua capacidade de fornecer serviços aos clientes de forma eficaz. Este documento atende à necessidade dessa modernização e tem como principal objetivo a resolução dos problemas que afetam o desempenho do Partnership. Nesse sentido, foram estudadas as implicações organizacionais inerentes a esse tipo de modernização, os fatores que impulsionam essas modernizações e as várias abordagens existentes. Além disso, foi construído um MVP (Minimum Viable Product) com o objetivo de testar e validar as principais melhorias propostas para esta modernização. O MVP serviu como uma versão inicial da aplicação modernizada, permitindo a avaliação de soluções tecnológicas específicas, a identificação de problemas e a recolha de feedback dos utilizadores. | dc.description.abstract | In an era marked by continual technological advancements across all sectors, banking institutions recognize the need to check and upgrade their technological tools to foster innovation within their applications. Increasingly, customers are looking for high-quality services where the speed and user-friendliness of applications are crucial for making informed decisions. In this context, there arises a necessity to perform a technological modernization within Partnership, an application dedicated to the management of banking partnerships between Natixis and its clients. Currently, this application has serious issues related to performance, maintenance, and the user interface, thereby compromising the operational efficiency of Natixis and its ability to deliver services effectively to clients. This document addresses the urgency for such modernization, with its primary objective being the resolution of issues adversely affecting the performance of Partnership. For this, organizational implications inherent to this type of modernization, the driving factors, and various existing approaches have been examined. This study will facilitate the establishment of a robust foundation for the technological modernization of Partnership.
