Este relatório traduz o trabalho realizado durante dois anos na Área de Alta e Média Tensão,
da Efacec Energia - Unidade de Aparelhagem de Alta e Média Tensão, no âmbito da unidade
curricular Dissertação do Mestrado em Engenharia Eletrotécnica – Sistemas Elétricos de
Energia, do Departamento de Engenharia Eletrotécnica (DEE), do Instituto Superior de
Engenharia do Porto.
Começa-se por efetuar uma introdução e explicar os objetivos propostos para o estudo
aplicado. Após o enquadramento teórico, aborda-se de forma efetiva o trabalho realizado na
empresa. Na primeira fase deste projeto consistiu em entender o processo de montagem dos
vários equipamentos, assim como verificar quais os problemas associados ao mesmo - foram
elaborados vários diagramas e análises respetivas.
Seguidamente é descrito o trabalho realizado no departamento em relação ao produto da
Área da Alta e Média Tensão Fluofix GC (celas compactas e modulares de isolamento em
SF6), nomeadamente as estratégias e equipamentos utilizados para calcular a fiabilidade do
produto, como a metodologia RAMS (Reliability, Avaibility, Maintenability and Safety),
FMECA (Failure Mode, Effects and Critical Analysis), FTA (Fault Tree Analysis).
Apresenta-se por fim uma discussão acerca da importância do trabalho realizado,
nomeadamente, da relevância de se possuir informação tratada relevante, efetiva e objetiva
de modo a assegurar a eficiência dos seus processos de manutenção e de otimização do
produto.
This document reproduces the work done during the two years in the area of high and medium voltage, Efacec Energy - unit of high and medium voltage, under the Master's course in Electrical Engineering - Electrical Energy Systems, Department of Electrical Engineering (DEE), the Institute of Engineering of Porto. It begins with an introduction and the main objectives for the practical study followed by a theoretical overview. The first phase of this project was to understand the process of assembling of the various equipment, as well to take notice of what are the problems and their frequency - several corresponding diagrams and the corresponding analysis are presented. Then in more detail I describe the work done in the department regarding the High and Medium Voltage product FLUOFIX GC (compact and modular cubicles of isolation SF6), namely the strategies and equipment used to calculate the reliability of the product, such as the RAMS methodology, analysis of Failure Mode, Effects and Critical Analysis (FMECA) and the Trees Failures Analysis (FTA) to provide effective data about the reliability of the product, its proper functioning, how one can increase the efficiency of its maintenance processes and product improvement.
