Este estudo envolve o desafio de melhorar a gestão de estoques em uma empresa fabricante de
portas. Utilizando as metodologias BPMN e DMAIC do Six Sigma, juntamente com ferramentas de
gestão de estoques, o foco reside na melhoria da Excelência Operacional por meio de um estudo
de caso centrado no processo de gestão de estoques, incluindo o almoxarifado e seus armazéns e
os processos que o englobam, bem como sugestões para o aprimoramento do layout dos
estoques. O processo é distríbuido desde a coleta precisa de informações até a aplicação das
ferramentas BPMN para mapear o cenário atual (AS-IS) e a definição de um estado desejado
futuro (TO-BE) com melhorias identificadas. A validação ocorre junto à empresa, com
monitoramento contínuo apoiado por indicadores de desempenho. A metodologia adotada
proporciona uma análise profunda e abrangente, identificando oportunidades para melhorias e
ajustes ao longo do tempo. A implementação das melhorias propostas incluirá novos fluxos de
trabalho TO-BE, além de mecanismos de controle para garantir eficácia e eficiência contínuas.
Através desta abordagem, busca-se alcançar uma gestão de estoques mais eficiente, promovendo
fluxos de trabalho otimizados e resolução ágil de problemas. Este estudo contribuirá
significativamente para o desenvolvimento e a implementação efetiva da metodologia BPMN,
culminando em melhorias tangíveis nos processos operacionais da empresa e na sua estrutura
física. Em síntese, este trabalho visa aprimorar a gestão de estoques e processos relacionados,
com a proposição de melhorias no layout da empresa, indicadores de desempenho apropriados e
novos fluxos de trabalho TO-BE. A colaboração entre as metodologias BPMN e DMAIC,
juntamente com ferramentas de gestão de estoques, oferece uma abordagem abrangente e
sistemática para alcançar a Excelência Operacional.
This study addresses the challenge of enhancing inventory management within a door manufacturing company. Employing the BPMN and DMAIC methodologies of Six Sigma, in conjunction with inventory management tools, the focus is on advancing Operational Excellence through a case study centered around the inventory management process, encompassing warehouse and storeroom operations, as well as suggestions for refining the company's layout. The process spans from meticulous data collection to the application of BPMN tools for mapping the current scenario (AS-IS) and defining a desired future state (TO-BE) with identified improvements. Validation takes place within the company, accompanied by ongoing monitoring supported by performance indicators. The adopted methodology affords a thorough and comprehensive analysis, pinpointing opportunities for enhancements and adjustments over time. Implementation of the proposed improvements will encompass new TO-BE workflow designs, along with control mechanisms to ensure continuous effectiveness and efficiency. Through this approach, the aim is to achieve more streamlined inventory management, fostering optimized workflows and agile problem resolution. This study will significantly contribute to the development and effective implementation of the BPMN methodology, culminating in tangible enhancements to the company's operational processes and physical infrastructure. In summary, this work seeks to refine inventory management and related processes, offering proposals for layout improvements, pertinent performance indicators, and new TO-BE workflow designs. The collaboration between BPMN and DMAIC methodologies, alongside inventory management tools, provides a comprehensive and systematic approach to attaining Operational Excellence.
