A partir de um estudo de caso do espetáculo Lear, dirigido por Bruno Martins, diretor do Teatro da Didascália, analisa-se as competências da assistência de encenação numa produção teatral, em contexto de estágio, explorando as suas competências e habilitações necessárias ao exercício da mesma. Por vezes, à primeira vista, podemos deparar-nos com perguntas e dúvidas sobre as reais competências desta função. Deste modo, o objetivo é compreender a função numa perspetiva artística, procurando destacar a sua importância na eficiência, criatividade e qualidade da produção.
Based on a case study of the show “Lear”, directed by Bruno Martins, director of Didascália Theater, one analyzes the skills of assistant directing in a theatrical production, in an internship context, exploring the necessary skills and qualifications to carry out this task. Sometimes, at first glance, we may be faced with questions and doubts about the real attributes of this role. Therefore, the objective is to understand the function, seeking to highlight its artistic importance in the efficiency, creativity and quality of production.
