Abstract(s)
No âmbito da realização da dissertação em ambiente empresarial, no ramo de Sistemas e Planeamento Industrial do Mestrado em Engenharia Eletrotécnica e de Computadores do Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto, foi proposto realizar um projeto na empresa NEFAB RA Produtos de Embalagem SA. O principal objetivo baseou-se no estudo dos tempos padrão de vários produtos utilizados na empresa, esse estudo de tempos teve como principais finalidades, determinar a quantidade de mão de obra, ou seja, a carga de trabalho de cada máquina e de cada operador, assim como, determinar os padrões de custo fornecendo a base de tempo para calcular os custos de cada operação. Na presente dissertação, encontra-se o estudo dos tempos, de forma a calcular capacidades. Nesse estudo utilizou-se o método de cronometragem, de forma a determinar o tempo padrão das atividades. Foram detetadas algumas oportunidades de melhoria, que poderiam levar a um ganho esperado e calculado. Os resultados demonstram a definição do tempo padrão para cada um dos processos variando consoante o tipo de matéria prima utilizada, agregada em famílias e subfamílias, determinação da capacidade produtiva e sugestões para a melhoria do processo produtivo. Teve-se em consideração o processo de validação estatística dos dados para um nível de confiança de 95% e um erro com variação de 10%. O tempo padrão para as atividades foi calculado tendo em conta todos os fatores de ritmo e correções necessárias. Com base nas análises realizadas ao longo do projeto, verificou-se que em todas as fases de um processo de fabrico há possíveis melhorias a aplicar, que aumentam efectivamente a rentabilidade dos operadores. Uma destas melhorias é, precisamente, a alteração do espaço de trabalho de alguns equipamentos que promove e simplifica pequenas tarefas dos trabalhadores. As medições registadas comprovam que a supervisão é um elemento fundamental para aumentar o output colaboradores nas respectivas máquinas.
As part of the dissertation on business environment, on Systems and Industrial Planning deegree of Master in Electrical and Computer Engineering of ISEP, it was proposed to carry out a project in the company NEFAB RA Produtos de Embalagem SA. The study of times has as main purposes, to determine the amount of labor needed on the production - meaning the workload of each machine and each operator, as well as, to determine the cost patterns providing the time basis to calculate the costs of each operation. In this dissertation, can be found a study of the times, in order to calculate capacities. The timing method was used in order to determine the standard time of the activities. Some improvement opportunities were detected, which would lead to an expected and calculated gain. The results show the definition of the standard time for each of the processes according to the type of raw material used, diagnosis of productive capacity and suggestions for improvement of the productive process. It was used the statistical data validation method for a confidence level of 95 and an error with variation of 10%. The standard time for the activities was calculated taking into account all the necessary workflows and needed corrections. Based on the analyses done during the project, on all stages of a manufacturing process there are possible improvements to be applied, which effectively increase operators’ profitability. One of these improvements is the layout otimization of some equipment that promotes and simulates small tasks of the workers. The registered times prove that supervision is a fundamental element to increase the output employees in the respective machines.
