Num mundo de negócios tão competitivo como o atual, é necessário que as
empresas apresentem um caráter inovador. Mais especificamente, com o crescimento
do Turismo a nível global, os consumidores são cada vez mais informados e exigentes,
pelo que cabe às empresas do setor adaptarem—se e darem resposta às suas necessidades.
Como tal, o objetivo geral deste Projeto de Mestrado consiste na criação de um
Plano de Negócios para uma empresa de turismo inovadora. Desta forma surge o Trip
Subscriber, o qual se destina a reserva de unidades hoteleiras através de um serviço de
subscrição. A criação deste negócio visa combater uma lacuna existente no mercado,
uma vez que o projeto a implementar apresenta a criação de um serviço inovador.
Desta forma, existiu a necessidade de recolher informações e dados relativos ao
perfil e preferências do potencial consumidor deste serviço. Por conseguinte, optou-se
pela utilização de uma metodologia quantitativa transversal através da aplicação de um
inquérito por questionário.
Por fim, o desenvolvimento do Plano de Negócios permitiu a caracterização da
empresa a vários níveis, incluindo a nível financeiro. Encontramos na perspetiva do
projeto, um Valor Atual Líquido de 240.204€ (descontado a uma taxa de 10,25%), uma
Taxa Interna de Rentabilidade de 16,29% e um Pay Back Period de 5 anos. Já na perspetiva
do investidor, obtivemos um Valor Atual Líquido de 792.066€ (descontado a mesma
taxa), uma Taxa Interna de Rentabilidade de 25,12% e um Pay Back Period de 5 anos.
Face aos resultados apresentados, o investimento é viável nas duas perspetivas,
uma vez que o VAL é positivo, a TIR é superior a taxa de desconto e o Pay Back Period é
relativamente curto.
In a business world as mandatory as the current one, it is necessary that companies present an innovative character. More specifically, with the growth of Tourism on a global level, consumers are increasingly informed and demanding, so it is up to companies in the sector to adapt and respond to their needs. As such, the overall objective of this Master's Project is to create a Business Plan for an innovative tourism company. To that end, the Trip Subscriber arises, with the intent to allow the reservation in a range of hotel units through a subscription service. The creation of this business aims to combat an existing gap in the market, since the presented project consists of the creation of an innovative service. Therefore, there was a need to obtain information and data related to the profile and preference of the potential consumer of this service. Therefore, it was used a transversal quantitative methodology through the application of a questionnaire survey. Finally, the development of the Business Plan allows to characterize the company at several levels, including at a financial level. We found, in the project's perspective, a Net Present Value of 240.204€, (discounted at a rate of 10.25%), an Internal Rate of Return of 16,29% and a Pay Back Period of 5 years. We also found, in the investor's perspective, a Net Present Value of 792.066€ (discounted at the same rate) an Internal Rate of Return of 25,12% and a Pay Back Period of 5 years.
