Atualmente, as organizações estão inseridas num ambiente caracterizado por uma acentuada competitividade. A eficiência das práticas implantadas, bem como a capacidade de adaptação às imposições postas pelo mercado, definem o sucesso de uma empresa. Desta forma, a melhoria de processos e o aumento da produtividade nas operações a nível dos armazéns proporcionam a otimização dos processos logísticos da empresa, propiciando assim uma vantagem competitiva. É no âmbito dos fluxos e processos de logística interna que se insere esta dissertação. Este relatório teve como objetivo a melhoria de processos/procedimentos existentes, ao nível dos fluxos físicos e de informação relacionados, essencialmente, com o armazém. Primeiramente, procedeu-se à realização de uma revisão bibliográfica, de forma a se criar uma base teórica. De seguida, foi realizado o diagnóstico e mapeamento do estado atual dos processos logísticos, de modo a se conseguir identificar possibilidades de melhoria. Após esta etapa, foram sugeridas melhorias e utilizaram-se as ferramentas estudadas para optar por quais seriam implementadas. Houve um grande foco na gestão de stock, uma vez que é dos processos mais importantes desta empresa. Por fim, depois da implementação das mesmas, foi feita uma análise aos resultados e propostas melhorias futuras. Com a implementação das melhorias sugeridas conseguiu-se obter uma melhor organização interna da empresa, melhor controlo de stocks e melhor eficiência em determinados processos. Em paralelo, esta experiência permitiu uma aprendizagem e crescimento contínuos, no sentido em que permitiu um grande desenvolvimento a nível pessoal e intelectual, tendo ainda possibilitado ajudar a melhorar a empresa.
Nowadays, organizations are very competitive. The efficiency of the implemented practices, as well as the capacity of adaptation to the impositions of the market define the success of a company. Therefore, the process improvement and the increase of productivity in the warehouses provides the optimization of the logistic processes of the company, and this is a competitive advantage. This dissertation is about the flows and the internal logistics processes. This report had as objective the improvement of the existing procedures at the level of the physical and information flows, essentially related with warehouses. At first, we did a bibliography review to create a theoretical basis. Afterwards, it was realized the diagnosis and mapping of the current state of logistics processes in order to identify possibilities of improvement. After this, improvements were suggested and the studied tools were used in order to choose which ones should be implemented. At last, after the implementation, it was made a results analysis and it was proposed future improvements. There was a big focus on stock management, since it is one of the most important processes in this company. With the implementation of the suggested improvements, it was possible to obtain a better internal organization of the company, better stock control, and better efficiency in certain processes. In conclusion, this experience allowed a learning and continuous growth because it provided a great development on a personal and intellectual level. It also contributed to help the company improve.
