No presente documento para obtenção do grau de mestre em Engenharia e Gestão e Industrial
é apresentado o tema da gestão multi-projeto. O principal objetivo desta dissertação é a
implementação de um Modelo Integrado de Gestão Multi-projeto com foco na melhoria do
cumprimento de prazos de entrega e gestão dos recursos produtivos, desafios dos quais a
empresa enfrentava. Este modelo é desenvolvido através da compreensão de oito principais
componentes, sendo estas a Gestão da Estratégia, Gestão de Portfólio, Gestão de Recursos,
Gestão de Stakeholders, Gestão de Tempo, Gestão de Risco, Gestão de Custos e Gestão de
Qualidade, com foco em apenas três.
Através da pesquisa bibliográfica e alguma experiência obtida durante o estágio, os
componentes acima mencionados foram adaptados tornando a gestão multi-projeto mais
eficiente e flexível. Apesar da implementação possível do modelo ter sido apenas um teste, foi
possível observar várias melhorias. A empresa obteve uma visão geral e clara dos projetos,
facilitando a tomada de decisão e identificação de problemas/atrasos. Este trabalho contribui
para o sucesso num ambiente desafiador e competitivo, oferecendo indicações práticas e
adaptáveis para aqueles que procuram melhorias na gestão multi-projeto.
This dissertation for a master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management deals with the subject of multi-project management. The main objective of this dissertation is the implementation of an Integrated Multi-Project Management Model with a focus on improving the fulfilment of delivery deadlines and the management of production resources, challenges the company was facing. This model is developed through an understanding of eight main components, namely Strategy Management, Portfolio Management, Resource Management, Stakeholder Management, Time Management, Risk Management, Cost Management and Quality Management, focusing on just three. Through literature research and some experience gained during the internship, the components were adapted to make multi-project management more efficient and flexible. Although the possible implementation of the model was only a test, it was possible to observe several improvements. The company obtained a clear overview of the projects, facilitating decisionmaking and the identification of problems/delays. This work contributes to success in a challenging and competitive environment, offering practical and adaptable indications for those seeking improvements in multi-project management.
