Ao longo dos anos o stress tem tido um papel negativo na vida dos colaboradores das organizações, podendo provocar doenças graves, tornando-se assim um problema na vida de muitas pessoas. Nesta dissertação, será descrito o processo de recolha de informação, o desenho de uma solução, tal como o desenvolvimento e avaliação de um jogo sério, com o objetivo de auxiliar e aliviar o stress dos colaboradores das organizações. Este documento foi realizado ao logo do segundo ano letivo, referente à unidade curricular de Tese/Dissertação/Estágio do Mestrado de Engenharia Informática, na área de especialização Sistemas Gráficos e Multimédia do Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto. Pretende-se que a solução desenvolvida forneça ao jogador, conhecimentos como aliviar o stress em ambiente cooperativo, indicando possíveis métodos para lidar com este ou métodos para prevenir. Para além disso, fornecer biofeedback ao utilizador.
Over the years, stress has played a negative role in the lives of employees in organizations, and can cause serious illness, thus becoming a problem in the lives of many people. In this dissertation, the process of collecting information, the design of a solution, as well as the development and evaluation of a serious game will be described, with the aim of helping and relieving the stress of employees in organizations. This document was produced during the second academic year, referring to the curricular unit of Thesis/Dissertation/Internship of the master’s in computer engineering, in specialization Graphic and Multimedia Systems of the Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto. It is intended that the developed solution provides the player with knowledge on how to relieve stress in a cooperative environment, indicating possible methods to deal with it or methods to prevent it. In addition, provide biofeedback to the user.
