Este relatório aborda a integração entre a industrialização OEM (Original Equipment
Manufacturer) e os Sistemas de Gestão (SG), analisando como estas abordagens contribuem
para a eficiência e qualidade na produção industrial. O estudo tem como base o estágio
curricular realizado na empresa HBK, onde foi desenvolvida e implementada uma linha de
produção de transdutores OEM, incluindo a criação de instruções de trabalho (ITs) para os
postos de produção de strain gauges.
O trabalho combina uma revisão bibliográfica sobre os conceitos de OEM, outsourcing,
recondicionamento e metodologias Lean e Six Sigma, com uma vertente prática aplicada à
realidade da HBK. A investigação evidencia os benefícios da adoção de sistemas de gestão,
como a padronização de processos, a integração digital e a monitorização de desempenho
através de sensores inteligentes.
A análise de caso permitiu verificar ganhos significativos na padronização, qualidade e
eficiência, reforçando a importância das ITs e dos SG para a sustentabilidade e competitividade
das empresas. A dissertação conclui com sugestões de melhoria contínua e recomendações
para futuras investigações.
This dissertation explores the integration between Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) industrialization and Management Systems (MS), analyzing how these approaches contribute to industrial production efficiency and quality. The study is based on a curricular internship at the company HBK, where an OEM transducer production line was developed and implemented, including the creation of work instructions (WIs) for strain gauge production stations. The research combines a literature review on OEM concepts, outsourcing, remanufacturing, and Lean and Six Sigma methodologies with a practical application in HBK’s operational environment. The findings highlight the benefits of adopting management systems, such as process standardization, digital integration, and performance monitoring through intelligent sensors. The case study showed significant improvements in standardization, product quality, and operational efficiency, reinforcing the critical role of WIs and MS in ensuring industrial sustainability and competitiveness. The dissertation concludes with continuous improvement suggestions and recommendations for future research.
