Silva, Pedro Samuel Lopes da; Reis, José Luís Tavares Pires Dias dosThe Hairplan project has as objective a study that allows to create the conditions for the development of a mobile app, whose main function is a booking service in a specific market – freelancer hairdressers. The hair care service is a fundamental service in our society. However, until now it has always been associated with a physical space (particularly in Portugal). Hairplan offers the opportunity to professionals in the area to provide direct services to clients without a public establishment, to receive reviews and to boost their market notoriety, applying the concept of uberisation, destined to the millennials. The main aspects related with Hairplan project are developed and validated in this document - technical specifications, visual identity, digital marketing plan and the business plan. As a startup project, the business plan presented in this paper describe subjects related to the budget, financing plan and financial projections.
