Abstract(s)
O setor do AVAC tem crescido ao longo dos últimos anos em grande parte devido à procura de
condições de conforto, mantendo os espaços climatizados, da preocupação por manter os mesmos
ventilados, havendo renovação de ar, e por preocupações ambientais que têm surgido ao longo dos
últimos anos devido às alterações climáticas, o que tem criado uma série de alterações na legislação
a nível das eficiências energéticas, tanto de equipamentos, como de edifícios. Com este
crescimento, torna-se crucial que as empresas procurem diferenciar-se no mercado em que atuam.
No sentido da diferenciação, as empresas podem adotar a implementação de sistemas de gestão.
O objetivo da presente dissertação passou pela criação de um modelo de implementação de um
Sistema de Gestão Integrado, segundo os referenciais normativos da qualidade, ambiente e
segurança da ISO, numa empresa do setor AVAC.
A fim de atingir o objetivo foram utilizados diferentes métodos e ferramentas da qualidade e gestão
estratégica, que permitiram estabelecer desde o contexto interno e externo da organização às
ações que poderão vir a ter lugar, no sentido de responder aos riscos e oportunidades com que a
empresa se depara atualmente.
O modelo de sistema de gestão integrado para implementação numa empresa de AVAC, servirá de
base para a implementação de um Sistema de Gestão Integrada na empresa de estudo, mas
também permitirá que qualquer organização que pratique o mesmo tipo de serviços ou
semelhantes possa proceder à sua aplicação adaptada às próprias necessidades através da
teorização do mesmo.
The HVAC sector has grown over the last few years largely due to the search for comfortable conditions, maintaining air-conditioned spaces, the concern for keeping them ventilated, air renewal, and environmental concerns that have appearing over the years due to climate change, which has created a series of changes in legislation in terms of energy efficiencies, both in equipment and buildings. With this growth, it is crucial that companies seek to differentiate themselves in the market in which they operate. In the sense of differentiation, companies can adopt the implementation of management systems. The goal of this dissertation was to create a model for implementing an Integrated Management System, according to the ISO regulatory standards for quality, environment and safety, in a company in the HVAC sector. In order to achieve the goal, different methods and tools of quality and strategic management were used, which made it possible to establish since the internal and external context of the organization to the actions that may take place, in order to respond to the risks and opportunities that the company currently faces. The integrated management system model for implementation in an HVAC company will serve as a basis for implementing an Integrated Management System in the study company, but will also allow any organization that practices the same or similar type of services can proceed with its application adapted to its own needs through its theorization.
