A indústria automóvel está em constante crescimento com a criação constante de novas tecnologias na indústria de componentes, obrigando também a um maior controlo de qualidade durante o processo de fabrico destes. A gestão de dados de sucata é fundamental para se poder ter uma noção de onde estão os principais problemas produtivos e atuar sobre estes de modo a melhorar os processos e reduzir custos de sucata. A dissertação aqui apresentada, foi realizada em contexto industrial na empresa FicoCables, na área da Qualidade, onde se implementou uma aplicação informática para gestão de dados de sucata, que permitiu a simplificação dos processos relacionados com tratamento desses mesmos dados. Na realização deste projeto, implementou‐se a aplicação apenas num dos módulos da fábrica, ou seja, sistemas de conforto, perspetivando‐se a sua implementação posterior nos outros módulos produtivos. Para tal, começou‐se por identificar os tipos de defeitos dos vários produtos do módulo, seguindo‐se a definição dos procedimentos em vigor relacionados com reporte de sucata e tratamento desses mesmos dados reportados. Após identificação dos problemas relacionados com estes procedimentos, desenvolveu‐se uma aplicação informática que permitisse fazer toda a gestão de dados de sucata, otimizando todo o processo antigo em vigor. Conseguiu‐se, desta forma, através de uma aplicação informática, fazer toda a gestão de dados de reporte de sucata do módulo, diminuindo tempos nos reportes e criação de códigos de sucata, diminuindo custos de mão de obra associados e obtendo uma maior fiabilidade nos dados reportados. Com uma maior fiabilidade nos dados de sucata, é possível ter uma melhor visão sobre quais os principais projetos ou linhas produtivas sobre os quais atuar para corrigir os problemas existentes.
The automotive industry is constantly growing with the constant creation of new technologies in the components industry, also requiring a greater quality control during the manufacturing process of those. The management of scrap data is fundamental to being able to have a sense of where the main production problems are and when to act on them in order to improve processes and reduce scrap costs. The dissertation presented here was carried out in an industrial context in the company FicoCables, in the Quality department, where a computer application to manage scrap data was implemented, allowing the simplification of processes related to the treatment of that type of data. In the realization of this project, the application was implemented only in one of the factory's modules, the comfort systems, with a view to its subsequent implementation in the other production modules. To this end, it was started by identifying the types of defects of the various products of the module, following the definition of the procedures in force related to the reporting of scrap and treatment of the same data reported. After identifying the problems related to these procedures, a computer application was developed that allowed to do all the management of scrap data, optimizing all the old processes in force. In this way, through a computer application, it was possible to do all the scrap data management of the module, reducing times in the reports and creation of scrap codes, reducing associated labor costs and obtaining greater reliability in the reported data. With greater reliability in scrap data, it is possible to have a better insight into which major projects or production lines should be taken actions in order to correct the existing problems.
