| dc.description.abstract | O seguinte projeto tem como objetivo quebrar uma barreira linguística existente entre os turistas e os intervenientes no SIEM (Sistema Integrado de Emergência Médica). Estudar não só a real necessidade em extinguir este obstáculo, bem como o impacto positivo que terá esta iniciativa no turismo nacional. Para tal, irá ser realizado um enquadramento teórico relativamente aos fatores de competitividade nos destinos turísticos, focalizando no aspeto da segurança, a sua importância e influência, bem como a possibilidade de melhorar de forma a obter resultados mais positivos para o destinatário. Não obstante, irão ser analisados temas como a tecnologia, turismo e saúde, onde se identificará o estado dos procedimentos e posterior relacionamento entre eles. E desta forma estudar a importância e necessidade da introdução da aplicação móvel de forma a melhorar a comunicação e consequente serviço prestado por todos os intervenientes no SIEM. Com a informação desenvolvida ao longo do projeto procurar-se-á a elaboração de referencial para o desenvolvimento de uma aplicação. Com tudo isto pretende-se conseguir provar a necessidade da introdução de uma língua estrangeira na formação de todos os intervenientes no SIEM, pois só desta forma é possível aumentar o nível de segurança sentida pelos turistas, e consequente melhoramento da imagem do destino Portugal, tornando-o um destino mais apetecível, seguro e com menores riscos aos olhos dos turistas. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | The following project aims to break down a linguistic barrier between tourists and those involved in SIEM (Integrated Medical Emergency System). the purpose is to study not only the real need to extinguish this obstacle, but also the positive impact that this initiative will have on national tourism. In order to do so, I will start with a theoretical base, including factors like the competition of the touristic destinations or the safety in those places. Furthermore, topics such as technology, tourism and health will be analyzed, identifying the state of the procedures and the subsequent relationship between them. One of the goals is to be able to study the need of the app, so I can improve the communication and the service provided by the SIEM. With all the knowledge obtained throughout the project, I expect to achieve the elaboration of a reference for the development of the application. With everything is ready to obtain a necessity of the introduction of a foreign language in the formation of all the SIEM actors, because only in this way it is possible to increase the level of security felt by the tourists, and consequent improvement of the image of the destination Portugal, A more desirable, safe and less risky destination in the eyes of tourists. | pt_PT |
