Abstract(s)
Este trabalho tem como objetivo o estudo e desenvolvimento de uma ferramenta, num modelo de dashboards, de auxílio a gestão energética de uma estação de tratamento de águas residuais. No âmbito deste trabalho, foi também desenvolvida uma aplicação de consulta de dados dos autómatos, foi feito o melhoramento do módulo de energia do software desenvolvido pela A2O, o Navia. A nova solução de aquisição de dados ´e designada de NaviaS7 e permite que um computador se conecte a um ou vários autómatos para adquirir dados. Esta solução foi desenvolvida com uma biblioteca gratuita para comunicação com autómatos Siemens, o Snap7. A ferramenta de gestão de energia disponibiliza mais de cento e cinquenta vistas diferentes dos consumos e custos de energia, dados de processo e indicadores de relação entre o processo de tratamento e o consumo energético. A origem dos dados apresentados ´e principalmente proveniente das consultas realizadas pelo NaviaS7 aos autómatos da estação. As tecnologias utilizadas maioritariamente neste projeto foram C# para o desenvolvimento da aplicação de aquisição de dados e PHP e JavaScript para o desenvolvimento dos dashboards de energia. As várias fases do projeto são descritas de forma detalhada, desde o planeamento, analise de requisitos, estudo da estação de tratamento de águas residuais e das diversas tecnologias importantes ao desenvolvimento e a elaboração, validação e verificação do estado do projeto.
The main objective of the referred project was to study and develop a dashboard to aid the energy management of a wastewater treatment plant. With this thesis it’s expected the development of an application able to read data from an programmable logic controller, improvement of the energy module of the software developed by A2O. The new data acquisition solution is called NaviaS7 and allows a computer to connect to one or more programmable logic controllers to acquire data from its variables. This solution was developed with a free library for communication with Siemens equipment, the Snap7. The energy management tool provides over one hundred and fifty different views over cost and consumption of energy, process data and indicators between the treatment process and energy consumption. The origin of the data presented comes mainly from NaviaS7 to the programable logic controllers on the wastewater treatment plant. The technologies mostly used in this project were C# for the development of the data acquisition application, and PHP and JavaScript for the development of the energy dashboards. The steps taken for the development of this project are described in detail, from planning, requirements analysis, study of the wastewater treatment plant and various key technologies to the development and preparation, validation and verification of the project status.
