Nos últimos anos a fraude tem sido uma constante no setor empresarial, a AdeM (Águas da região de Maputo) não é exceção. Este projeto, proposto pela AdeM, tem como objetivo principal desenvolver uma solução que seja capaz de colmatar as dificuldades apresentadas no levantamento das leituras de consumos efetuados pelos colaboradores internos à organização. Desta forma e considerando que no ato da recolha da leitura de determinado contador de água não são efetuadas validações, a AdeM não tem maneira de garantir que os seus colaboradores estão a efetuar a leitura corretamente. Com base nos problemas apresentados, a abordagem proposta foi o desenvolvimento de uma solução que seja capaz de monitorizar mais de perto todo o trabalho desempenhado pelos colaboradores da organização. Assim, o presente documento apresenta a solução desenvolvida para o problema descrito incluindo a pesquisa e avaliação de tecnologias, o design arquitetural do sistema e o desenvolvimento de testes de avaliação da mesma. O desenvolvimento da solução permitiu solucionar parcialmente problema apresentado. Contudo, como trabalho futuro é importante a realização de testes no contexto demográfico onde a mesma será usada.
In recent years fraud has been a constant in the business sector, AdeM (Waters of the Maputo region) is no exception. This project proposed by AdeM (Águas da região de Maputo) has as a main objective the development of a solution that is able to overcome the difficulties presented in the survey of consumption readings made by employees within the organization. As it is, when collecting the reading of a certain water meter there is no validation,wich means that AdeM has no way to ensure that its employees are reading correctly. Based on the problems presented the approach proposed was the development of a solution that is capable of monitoring more closely all the work performed by the organization's employees. This document presents the solution developed for the problem described including the research and evaluation of technologies, the architectural design of the system and the development of evaluation tests of the same. The development of the solution has partially solved the problem presented. As future work, it is important to carry out tests in the demographic context where it will be used.
