Com o foco no utilizador em crescimento no mundo tecnológico, o melhoramento das plataformas tornou-se uma preocupação. A análise de usabilidade das plataformas indica pontos em que as mesmas podem ser otimizadas. Descreve-se no presente relatório, e embora o resultado global em termos objetivos tenha sido a avaliação da usabilidade de plataformas muito aconteceu até à respetiva análise. Foi uma tarefa que implicou investigação, planificação e reflexão diária. Centrou-se a investigação em aspetos específicos da temática de design de plataformas, como os da usabilidade, navegabilidade e ergonomia. No contexto do equilíbrio desejável entre o design gráfico e a usabilidade, sublinhou-se a sua importância como ferramenta na área do design. Tendo como suporte a investigação referida, neste documento descreve-se detalhadamente as etapas que permitiram a concretização do objetivo da dissertação.
With the focus on the growing user in the technological world, the improvement of platforms has become a concern. The usability analysis of the platforms indicates points where they can be optimized. This report describes, and although the overall result, in objective terms, was the qualitative assessment of the usability of platforms, a lot has happened, until the respective analysis. It was a task that involved research, planning and daily reflection. Research was focused on specific aspects of the platform design theme, such as usability, navigability, and ergonomics. In the context of the desirable balance between graphic design and usability, its importance as a tool in design was underlined. Based on the investigation, this document describes in detail the steps that allowed the achievement of the dissertation objective.
