Abstract(s)
O presente trabalho pretende estudar o melhor modelo de procurement e abastecimento a ser implementado nas Associações Mutualistas, de forma a centralizar a negociação, a uniformizar o processo de compra, a reduzir os seus custos e a obter a informação do consumo de material em tempo real.
Atualmente o processo de compras das AssociaƧƵes Mutualistas encontra-se descentralizado. A aquisição do material de escritório Ć© feita individualmente, verificando-se a existĆŖncia de diferentes fornecedores locais. Nos dias de hoje, verifica-se que para estas AssociaƧƵes existem algumas dificuldades a nĆvel de modernização e de desenvolvimento e nalgumas delas persiste trabalho voluntĆ”rio, com poucos recursos disponĆveis. No Ć¢mbito do trabalho em estudo, verifica-se que nĆ£o existe um controlo, por parte das AssociaƧƵes Mutualistas da quantidade de material consumido por ano.
Com a proposta apresentada, verificou-se que Ć© possĆvel a redução de custos e a uniformização do processo de compras atravĆ©s do controlo de material consumido, das respostas imediatas da entrega do material e da própria distribuição do material nos locais de consumo.
Para concluir este estudo, foi proposto um modelo para avaliar e selecionar os fornecedores, de forma a colmatar a falta de método na sua gestão.
The present work aims to study the best model procurement and supply to be implemented in Mutual Associations, in order to centralize the negotiation, standardize the procurement process, reduce the costs and get the information material consumption in real time. Currently the process of purchasing Mutual Associations is decentralized. The purchase of office supplies is done individually in their local suppliers. These Associations are recognized with some difficulties in terms of modernization and development. Within the work study verifies that there is no control of the amount of material consumed per year or control the detailed information of the purchases and there is a high number of providers for the supply area which are not evaluated. With the proposal, it was verified that it is possible to reduce costs and standardize the purchasing process by controlling material consumed, the immediate responses of the delivery of the material and their own material distribution in local consumer. At the end a model was proposed to evaluate and select suppliers in order to remedy the lack of method in their management.
