A engenharia eletrotécnica possui um vasto e diversificado domínio de intervenção, no que diz respeito ao projeto de infraestruturas de edifícios. Em contexto de estágio na empresa ASL e Associados, e por forma a aplicar e aprofundar os conhecimentos adquiridos no Mestrado em Engenharia Eletrotécnica - Sistemas Elétricos de Energia (MEE-SEE), foi realizada a implementação das várias especialidades, num empreendimento turístico composto por um edifício destinado a um Hotel e edifícios anexos, com o objetivo de os dotar de infraestruturas que permitam o bom funcionamento do mesmo, considerando todos os aspetos técnicos, tecnológicos, científicos, normativos e regulamentares relevantes, no âmbito do projeto de especialidades de engenharia eletrotécnica. A dissertação tem como principal objetivo demonstrar os diferentes desenvolvimentos de um projeto eletrotécnico de um edifício deste tipo, nas vertentes das instalações elétricas, infraestruturas de telecomunicações, segurança contra incêndio, segurança técnica, gestão técnica centralizada e soluções fotovoltaicas de autoconsumo, centrando-se nas soluções aplicadas, apresentando as tecnologias e equipamentos utilizados nas diferentes especialidades. O projeto de um empreendimento turístico deste género caracteriza-se pela complexidade e dimensão, exigindo um conhecimento abrangente de temas e tecnologias abordadas, sendo o principal desafio a compatibilização das diferentes especialidades envolvidas no processo complexo de projeto de um edifício.
Electrical engineering has a vast and diversified field of intervention, regarding the design of building infrastructures. In the context of an internship at the company at the company ASL e Associados, and in order to apply and deepen the knowledge acquired in the Master in Electrical Engineering - Power Systems the implementation of the various specialties was carried, for a tourist complex constituted by an Hotel and adjoining buildings, with the objective of providing them with infrastructures that allow the proper functioning of the same, considering all the relevant technical, technological, scientific, normative and regulatory aspects in the scope of the project specialties in electrotechnical engineering. The main objective of the dissertation is to demonstrate the different developments of an electrotechnical project for a building of this type, in terms of electrical installations, telecommunications infrastructures, fire safety, technical safety, centralized technical management and self-consumption photovoltaics systems, focusing on the applied solutions and also presenting the technologies and equipment used in the different specialties. The design of a tourism complex of this kind is characterized by its complexity and its dimension, requiring a comprehensive knowledge of topics and addressed technologies, the main challenge being the compatibility of the different specialties involved in the complex design process of a building.
