Abstract(s)
Vivemos uma era de grande desenvolvimento humano, tanto numa perspetiva
económica como tecnológica onde a competitividade é fundamental para os que
querem sobreviver tal azafama de informação e disponibilização de opções que nos
absorve através de diferentes canais e voluídos pelo consequente desenvolvimento
que fomos sujeitos.
Há não muitos anos atrás a elasticidade dos produtos disponíveis no mercado
eram quase nulos ou mesmo inelásticos. Atualmente somos invadidos por imensas
opções que os mercados nos oferecem e com preços cada vez mais competitivos. Por
esta razão é cada vez mais importante identificar -se todos as variáveis que
influenciam as nossas escolhas. Inevitavelmente, devido á agressividade dos
mercados e competidores os preços dos produtos acompanham esta lógica e é de
extrema impor tância obter -se o máximo de rigor e cuidado quando abordamos as
questões de custos e proveitos nos produtos que são colocados no mercado.
Foi com base na perspetiva anteriormente abordada que surgiu a ideia de
aprofundar a questão do rigor dos custos de mão de obra humana nas empresas com
particular foco na indústria transformadora. Feita uma pesquisa global acerca da
disponibilidade de softwares de registo e analise do que é produzido em cada empresa
e também através das ideias de empresários relatando tal falta de soluções e controlo,
chegou-se á conclusão que existe uma oportunidade para o desenvolvimento de uma
plataforma que permita o registo e analise da informação das empresas relativamente
ao custo de recursos humanos .
We live in an age of great human development, both in an economic and technological perspective where competitiveness is fundamental for those who want to survive such a turmoil of information and availability of options that absorb us through different channels evolved by the consequent development that we were subject. Not many years ago, the elasticity of the produc ts available in the market were almost null or even inelastic. Today we are invaded by a vast of options that the markets offer us and with increasingly competitive prices. For this reason, it is increasingly important to identify all the variables that influence our choices. Inevitably, due to the aggressiveness of markets and competitors, product prices follow this logic and it is extremely impor tant to obtain the utmost accuracy and care when dealing with cost and profit issues in products that are placed on the market. The idea of deepening the issue of the strict costs produced in companies with a particular focus on manufacturing industr y, emerged based on the perspective previously discussed. After/Having conducted a global survey of the availability of software for register and analyzing what is produced in each company and also through the ideas of executives reporting such lack of solutions and control, it has been concluded that there is an opportunity for the development of a platform which allows the registration and analysis of inf ormation of companies regarding the cost of human resources.
