dc.description.abstractA voz passiva é uma categoria verbal cuja aquisição plena suscita muitas dificuldades aos aprendentes chineses. O presente trabalho pretende estudar a interlíngua de 24 aprendentes tardios chineses cuja primeira língua (L1) é o mandarim, com nível de proficiência básico de português, a fim de descobrir se e de que forma é que ocorre transferência da L1 a nível sintático no processo de aquisição de português, língua segunda (PL2). Foram realizadas duas tarefas linguísticas, uma tarefa de juízo de gramaticalidade com correção e outra de tradução de chinês para português, através das quais concluímos que: i) se verifica, de facto, transferência negativa persistente da L1 tanto no domínio da formação da forma passiva como no domínio sintático da sua ocorrência; ii) em termos da sua formação, a interlíngua dos aprendentes chineses mostra uma aquisição incompleta verificada através da omissão do verbo auxiliar “ser”, que não tem correspondência em chinês; iii) quanto à construção tópico-comentário e de outras particularidades sintáticas, os aprendentes demonstram mais falhas a nível sintático, apesar de terem intuições consistentes acerca do uso da passiva; iv) os marcadores passivos em chinês como “bei” podem evocar o uso da passiva em português, resultando assim em transferência positiva da L1.pt_PT
dc.description.abstractThe passive voice is a verbal category whose full acquisition raises many difficulties for Chinese speakers, whose first language (L1) is Mandarin. The present work intends to study the interlanguage of 24 Chinese late learners of Portuguese with a low proficiency level, in order to find out if and in what way L1 transfer occurs at the syntactic level during the process of second language (L2) acquisition. Hence, two linguistic tasks, a grammaticality judgment task with correction and a Chinese to Portuguese translation task, were conducted, which allows to conclude that: i) there is persistent negative transfer of the L1 both in passive formation as in the syntactic domain; ii) the Chinese learners' interlanguage shows an incomplete acquisition verified through the omission of the auxiliary verb “ser”, which does not exist in Chinese; iii) as for the topic constructions and other syntactic particularities, the learners demonstrate more failures at the syntactic level, in spite of having consistent awareness about the use of the passive; iv) Chinese passive markers such as “bei” can evoke the use of passive in Portuguese, thus resulting in positive transfer from the L1.pt_PT
