Abstract(s)
a renovação do SACE do Leiria Shopping.
utilizadores do sistema.
Given the constant modernization of the environment around us and the evolution of legislation, Building automation system systems are becoming more and more of a necessity and it is increasingly important that these systems are as optimized as possible. With this in mind, this project came in collaboration with RACE, where a 7 months curricular internship months was carried out, culminating in this document. In this project, an HMI was developed for an Building automation system (BAS), more specifically for the renovation of the BAS at Leiria Shopping. The process was based on the previously installed system ,to avoid a significant impact on the system’s users. However, there were improvements in utilization. In this way, the system controls and/or monitors the HVAC, lighting, domestic hot water (DHW), counts, switchboards, accesses and the fire system. The project has also been integrated into the Building management system (BMS) and is currently in operation.
