O presente relatório pretende descrever o estágio curricular desenvolvido na
Luís Simões Logística Integrada S.A. (LS), e onde foi elaborada uma análise da
concorrência da organização.
O objetivo desta análise passa por identificar e conhecer de forma mais
aprofundada os principais concorrentes da LS, de maneira a percepcionar quais os
pontos fortes e fracos da organização, e o que poderá aprender com a concorrência
para melhorar a sua performance.
Numa fase inicial, procedeu-se à identificação dos principais concorrentes da
LS e fez-se uma pesquisa geral sobre os mesmos. Daqui surgiram 101 empresas e,
dada a necessidade de efectuar uma pesquisa intensiva e mais detalhada dos
concorrentes, foi estritamente necessário reduzir o número de empresas a analisar
ao detalhe. Foi definido uma nova estratégia para encontrar as empresas
consideradas como a principal concorrência da LS e identificadas 23 face aos
critérios definidos. Encontrada a principal concorrência realizou-se uma pesquisa
exaustiva no que toca a aspectos objetivos (p.ex. Informação Financeira) e
subjetivos (p.ex. Política de Preço) das organizações.
O estudo finalizou-se com o posicionamento relativo da LS face à
concorrência nos mais variados fatores e com um quadro síntese comparativo da LS
com a sua concorrência.
This report intends to describe the traineeship developed in Luís Simões Logística Integrada, and where was prepared an analysis of the competition of the organization. The objective of this analysis is to identify and know in the more detailed form the main competitors of the LS in order to perceive which the strong and weak points of the organization, and what you can learn from the competition to improve this performance. In an initial step I involved the identification of the main competitors in the LS and made a general search on the same. Here have emerged 101 companies and, given the need for intensive research and more detailed of competitors, was strictly necessary to reduce the number of companies to examine the detail, being defined a new strategy to find the companies considered the main competition of the LS, in a number of 23 concerning the defined criteria. Found the main competition was held to extensive research with regard to objective (ex Financial information) and subjective aspects (ex price policy) of organizations. The study concluded with the relative positioning of the LS against the competition in various factors and a comparative summary table of the LS with your competition.
