A lo largo de este trabajo se analizara los efectos econ6rnicos de lo matrirnonio en lo cuadro normativo espafiol. Se procurara identificar los diversos tipos de regfmenes de bienes tipiflcados en la ley, y sus principales notas caracterfsticas, y la posibilidad que tendran los c6nyuges para elegir otras reglas para disciplinar a su matrimonio.
In the present work we will analize the economic effects of marriage in the spanish legal system. We will try to identify the different types of property regimes tipify in the law and its main characteristics, and the possibility of the spouces to choose other rules to disciplinate their marriage.
