Abstract(s)
A presente dissertação foi desenvolvida no âmbito do estágio final do Mestrado em Engenharia Mecânica – Gestão Industrial, tendo sido realizado numa empresa vocacionada para a produção e distribuição de tintas, a CIN. Este trabalho teve como principal objetivo a implementação do planeamento e gestão da Manutenção Preventiva, com o intuito de diminuir a percentagem de manutenção corretiva efetuada, aumentar o rigor das operações de manutenção realizadas, principalmente preventivas, aumentando consequentemente a eficiência da manutenção. Adotou-se uma metodologia de investigação que se enquadra nos princípios de Action-Research, utilizando também ferramentas da qualidade. Como resultado deste projeto verificou-se que no caso da percentagem por tipo de manutenção, a manutenção corretiva desceu 22,3 % no primeiro trimestre de 2020 face ao ano anterior, e a manutenção preventiva aumentou 16,7% no mesmo período homologo. Desde o início do estágio, até à semana 15 de 2020, a disponibilidade dos equipamentos aumentou 4%, tendo o indicador do tempo médio para reparação também diminuído 12,5%. Em termos de cumprimento do plano geral de manutenção mensal, face ao planeado, houve um aumento de 3%, tendo o mesmo sido cumprindo no último mês a 99%, estando incluído no plano todas as ordens de trabalho criadas. Conseguiu-se, de igual forma, reduzir os custos de manutenção em equipamentos produtivos em 13.695,16 euros relativamente ao mesmo intervalo de tempo do ano anterior, e também, através de uma análise ABC uma redução de 18.642,99 euros em artigos obsoletos que se encontravam em inventário. Após a realização do projeto, o Departamento de Manutenção da empresa CIN, adotou a metodologia em questão, tendo a melhoria contínua do processo como foco principal visto que a indústria, o equipamento e processos estão em constante mudança. Assim, uma atualização e melhoria contínua do projeto desenvolvido é fundamental para o seu sucesso sustentado.
The present dissertation was developed in the scope of the final stage of the Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering - Industrial Management, having been carried out in a company dedicated to the production and distribution of paints, CIN. This work had as main objective the implementation of the planning and management of Preventive Maintenance, in order to decrease the percentage of corrective maintenance carried out, increase the rigor of the maintenance operations carried out, mainly preventive, consequently increasing the efficiency of maintenance. An investigation methodology was adopted that fits the principles of Action-Research, also using quality tools. As a result of this project, it was found that in the case of the percentage by type of maintenance, corrective maintenance decreased by 22.3% in the first quarter of 2020 compared to the previous year, and preventive maintenance increased by 16.7% in the same homologous period. From the beginning of the internship until the 15th week of 2020, the availability of equipment has increased 4%, with the average time to repair indicator also decreasing 12,5%. In terms of compliance with the general monthly maintenance plan, compared to what was planned, there was an increase of 3%, with the latter having reached 99% of the monthly plan in the last month, including all created work orders in the plan. It was also possible to reduce maintenance costs for productive equipment by 13,695.16 euros compared to the same period of the previous year and also a reduction of 18,642.99 euros in obsolete items that were in inventory, making an ABC Analysis. After the completion of the project, the Maintenance Department of the company CIN, adopted the methodology in question, with the continuous improvement of the process as the main focus since the industry, equipment and processes are constantly changing. Thus, a continuous update and improvement of the developed project is fundamental for its sustained success.
