Abstract(s)
Olhando para a necessidade de auxiliar o movimento dos carrinhos de compras nas
grandes superfĆcies, surgiu a ideia de desenvolver um sistema de accionamento flexĆvel, que
pudesse ser adaptado a diferentes tipos de carrinhos. O sistema deveria ser tambƩm de baixo
custo e ter potencial de industrialização.
Como em qualquer sistema de accionamento elƩctrico foi necessƔrio dimensionar e
seleccionar um controlador e um motor, no entanto, dados os requisitos relativos Ć
adaptabilidade do sistema foi necessƔrio um esforƧo significativo para o desenvolvimento dos
componentes mecânicos de tracção e transmissão.
Considerando os requisitos de portabilidade foi tambƩm desenvolvido um sistema de
alimentação a partir de baterias e feito um estudo preliminar relativo ao sistema de
carregamento de baterias a ser instalado nos locais de utilização.
Após a concepção, foi construĆdo um protótipo que depois foi instalado num carrinho de
compras.
Os testes realizados demonstraram a viabilidade do sistema, quer pelo auxĆlio que podem
dar aos utilizadores, quer pela flexibilidade e potencial de comercialização.
Looking at the need to assist the movement of shopping carts in supermarkets, appear the idea of developing a flexible drive system, which could be adapted to different types of shopping carts. The system should also be low cost and have potential for industrialization. As with any electrical drive system was necessary to scale and select a controller and a motor, however, given the requirements for adaptability of the system took a significant effort to the development of mechanical components of traction and transmission. Considering the requirements of portability was also developed a system of power from batteries and made a preliminary study on the system for charging batteries to be installed at points of use. After conception, a prototype was built which was later installed in a shopping cart. The tests demonstrated the feasibility of the system, either by the aid that can give users both the flexibility and marketing potential.
