Abstract(s)
One of the operations involved in the rock masses blast is drilling. The way this is implemented is crucial to the success of the blasting. When performed correctly the stoping produces a good fragmentation, reducing the overbreaking. Thus, the correct choice of drilling tools plays a key role for the costs of stoping in massive rock. This dissertation will focus on Geological, Geotechnical and Geomechanical parameters, as well as drilling deviations. The general objective of this work is to realize the interdependence of geological and geotechnical parameters and geomechanical rock mass with drilling deviations, as well as studying the angles of intersection between the hole and the discontinuity that justify the deviation. The study of the parameters of rock mass combined with a drilling line is emphasized in order to approach geo-engineering integrated into the rock mass.
