Abstract(s)
bem-estar profissional.

Based on the premise that leadership has a decisive influence on employee behavior, motivation, and performance, this study seeks to understand how different leadership styles contribute to the creation of healthier, more productive, and more humanized work environments. The research was developed from a systematic review of the literature on classical and contemporary leadership theories, complemented by the collection of employee perceptions through a questionnaire. This approach made it possible to identify the leadership characteristics and practices most valued by subordinates, as well as the relational and ethical dimensions that enhance motivation, satisfaction, and professional well-being.
