Feita uma análise às soluções existentes e disponíveis atualmente, no que toca a aplicações e mapas de visualização de informação meteorológica, foi notada a falta de uma aplicação em que esta mostre o estado do tempo em formato 3D. É nesse contexto que se insere este projeto. No presente documento está então descrito o desenvolvimento de uma aplicação baseada num mapa, onde o utilizador pode escolher uma dada localização e verificar o estado do tempo nesse mesmo local. Ao selecionar a localização pretendida, o utilizador vai poder visualizar um ícone em formato 3D representativo do estado do tempo atual no exato local que foi pesquisado. Para o desenvolvimento deste mesmo projeto, vão ser estudadas várias tecnologias que podem ser aplicadas, desde serviços de mapas até bibliotecas externas que podem fornecer os dados necessários á aplicação. Já as tecnologias base a serem usadas são o JavaScript, HTML e CSS.
After an analysis to the available and existent solutions, in terms of applications and maps for weather data visualization, it was noticed the lack of an application that can show the description of the weather in an 3D format. This projected is inserted in that context.
