O setor da construção apresenta um grande impacte no ambiente. Este impacte causa uma grande necessidade de tornar as construções mais sustentáveis. No presente documento são explorados os vários sistemas de avaliação da sustentabilidade das construções que foram desenvolvidos, de maneira a tornarem o termo sustentável quantificável. No âmbito da sustentabilidade dos edifícios, foi realizado na empresa Omega- Serviços de Engenharia, Lda. um estudo de soluções necessárias para que um conjunto habitacional multifamiliar tenha um bom desempenho social, económico e ambiental, com o objetivo de ser reconhecido como sustentável, pelo sistema LiderA, e a sua consequente certificação. O facto do empreendimento se encontrar numa fase inicial de projeto, quando foi desenvolvido o presente documento, permite uma maior adesão de soluções desejadas. Simultaneamente esta é a fase onde existe maior viabilidade e facilidade de implementação de mudanças nas soluções previstas. Numa primeira fase do estágio, onde poucas decisões sobre o empreendimento haviam sido tomadas, foram desenvolvidos 3 cenários, propondo várias soluções que resultariam numa certificação pessimista, realista ou otimista. Posteriormente, no decorrer do estágio foram tomadas decisões com base nos cenários, que serviram de base para a avaliação real das soluções previstas. A implementação destas soluções na fase de execução garantem a certificação com classe A. Por fim, de maneira a entender o panorama atual da sustentabilidade de soluções correntes para os edifícios, foi realizada a avaliação pelo sistema LiderA de um empreendimento que se encontra concluído. Esta avaliação permitiu verificar que as soluções correntes estão cada vez mais sustentáveis.
The construction sector has a tremendous impact on the environment. This impact causes a great need to make buildings more sustainable. In this paper the various systems of assessment of the sustainability of buildings that have been developed are explored, which make the term sustainable quantifiable. In the framework of buildings' sustainability, it was carried out in the company Omega- Serviços de Engenharia, Lda. a study of solutions needed for a multifamily housing complex to have a good social, economic, and environmental performance, with the aim of being recognized as sustainable, by the LiderA system, and its consequent certification. The fact that the development is in an early stage of design, when this document was developed, allows greater adherence to desired solutions. Simultaneously, this is the phase where there is greater feasibility and ease of implementation of changes in the solutions envisaged. In a first phase, where few decisions about the project had been taken, 3 scenarios were developed, proposing various solutions that would result in a pessimistic, realistic, or optimistic certification. Subsequently, in the course of the internship, decisions were made based on the scenarios, which served as a basis for the actual evaluation of the solutions planned. The implementations of these solutions in the execution phase guarantee certification with grade A. Finally, in order to understand the current panorama of sustainability of current solutions for buildings, an evaluation was made by LiderA system of a building, which is now completed. This evaluation allowed to verify that the current solutions are increasingly sustainable.
