A presente dissertaĆ§Ć£o detalha o processo de recolha e anĆ”lise de dados referentes ao desenvolvimento de uma plataforma online, no Ć¢mbito da unidade curricular Tese / DissertaĆ§Ć£o / EstĆ”gio do Mestrado em Engenharia de InformĆ”tica, com Ć”rea de especializaĆ§Ć£o em Engenharia de Software, do Departamento de Engenharia InformĆ”tica do Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto. Ao longo do documento sĆ£o descritos os diversos passos tomados no sentido do desenvolvimento de uma plataforma online de apoio Ć comunidade que constitui a indĆŗstria da mĆŗsica, nomeadamente, na sua vertente de retalho. Aqui, estĆ£o reunidas as fases de anĆ”lise do problema, definiĆ§Ć£o de objetivos, anĆ”lise do mercado e identificaĆ§Ć£o de lacunas nas soluƧƵes oferecidas, desenho e implementaĆ§Ć£o de uma soluĆ§Ć£o e respetiva avaliaĆ§Ć£o. Mais que uma simples rede social, a plataforma resultante deste projeto pretende oferecer ferramentas que permitam aos intervenientes da indĆŗstria da mĆŗsica aumentar a sua rede de contactos e tomar decisƵes informadas que permitam o avanƧar das suas carreiras. Num perĆodo que nĆ£o discrimina profissionais de amadores no que toca a introduzir novas adversidades a esta indĆŗstria, o desenvolvimento deste projeto Ć© um esforƧo no sentido de contribuir para que estas pessoas possam continuar a pintar o nosso mundo com a sua sonoridade. Com a conclusĆ£o do projeto, Ć© possĆvel verificar que os objetivos traƧados foram alcanƧados com sucesso e a plataforma resultante representa uma base de trabalho para um futuro sĆ³lido.
This dissertation details all the steps taken in the process of collecting and analyzing data related to the development of an online platform. This project is inherent to the Tese / DissertaĆ§Ć£o / EstĆ”gio course of the Masters in Computer Engineering, specialization area in Software Engineering, of the Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto. This document describes the various steps taken towards the development of an online platform to support the community that constitutes the music industry. Here, the steps of problem analysis, definition of objectives, market analysis and identification of gaps in the solutions offered, design and implementation of a solution and itās evaluation are brought together. More than a simple social network, the resulting platform aims at offering tools that allow music industry players to increase their networking abilities and make informed decisions that will allow them to advance their careers. In a period that does not discriminate professionals from amateurs when it comes to introducing new adversities to this industry, the development of this project is an effort to contribute so that these people can continue to paint our world with their sound. With the completion of the project, it is possible to verify that the goals set were successfully achieved and the resulting platform represents a working basis for a solid future.
