Abstract(s)
A Enzifarma S.A. centra a sua atividade na comercialização de equipamentos médicos e reagentes para as áreas da saúde e investigação. Assim sendo, tem por missão também prestar assistência e apoio técnico aos seus clientes. Estas intervenções deverão ser as mais reduzidas possíveis, de modo a diminuírem-se os tempos de paragem dos equipamentos e reduzir-se o mais possível o impacto nas rotinas dos laboratórios. Este projeto tem por principal objetivo compilar os dados das intervenções já realizadas, avaliando o desempenho dos técnicos, peças substituídas, as origens das avarias e tempos de resposta e deste modo compilar uma base de dados de conhecimento técnico. Espera-se assim permitir que os técnicos sejam mais eficazes e eficientes nas suas intervenções, melhorando os seus tempos de resposta ao diminuírem os tempos de intervenção e aumentando a satisfação dos clientes. Para se averiguar a praticabilidade deste projeto, executou-se numa primeira fase apenas para um tipo de equipamentos: o processador de tecidos. Este é um dos equipamentos mais críticos existentes no laboratório de Anatomia Patológica.

Therefore, one of its main goals is to provide technical support to the units sold. These interventions must have a small impact as possible, in order to not disturb the laboratories routine. The main goal of this project is to compile all made interventions, assessing the field service engineer’s performance, parts replaced, breakdown causes and response times and elaborate a data base of technical knowledge. It is expected the technicians can became more effective and efficient during the interventions by improving the response time, diminishing the time for intervention, and also improving customer satisfaction. To confirm this project’s practicability in a first phase we focused on just one sort of equipment: the tissue processor. This is one of the most critical equipment’s in a Anatomic Pathology laboratory.
