Nos dias de hoje é de grande importância obter mais informações sobre um produto ou serviço, quer o mesmo seja um bem adquirido ou exposto de alguma forma. A evolução tecnológica presente nos tempos de hoje traz novas necessidades para obter essa informação, pois implica que a mesma seja de fácil de exposição para quem a quer transmitir e de fácil e rápido acesso para a quem a pretende visualizar. À empresa Ifthen surgiu a possibilidade de desenvolver uma solução do género que permita a qualquer entidade pessoal ou empresarial visualizar e disponibilizar informação sobre produtos e serviços, de forma similar ao que acontece para as referências de multibanco que a empresa já disponibiliza. A combinação da criação de uma página personalizável com a rapidez e facilidade de acesso através do uso de códigos QR, também eles totalmente personalizáveis, é algo que, tanto quanto foi possível pesquisar não existia no mercado. Esta dissertação tem como objetivos disponibilizar uma solução do tipo Web que permita que os seus clientes diretos disponibilizem aos seus utilizadores finais (i.e., clientes dos clientes) o acesso a informação dinâmica e personalizada sobre produtos ou serviços. Este acesso deve ocorrer de forma automatizada recorrendo à digitalização dos códigos QR. Aos clientes diretos deve também ser disponibilizado um espaço onde possam gerir as páginas e códigos QR criados para os seus produtos ou serviços. A solução deve ainda ser facilmente utilizada por pessoas sem qualquer tipo de conhecimentos técnicos. Para os objetivos serem alcançados foi necessário realizar um estudo sobre a indústria atual, a criação de páginas e da tecnologia de códigos QR onde se evidenciaram diversas características, funcionalidades e tipos. Através de um desenho detalhado e completo, foi possível implementar uma solução. Esta solução preconizada através das diversas etapas da dissertação cumpre a grande maioria dos objetivos delineados anteriormente. Os resultados obtidos e avaliação efetuada sobre a solução comprovam que o software desenvolvido é uma solução classificada como boa, onde pode ser melhorada a acessibilidade e facilidade da solução. A empresa requerente poderá oferecer um serviço de informação personalizado aos seus clientes, tal como desejava inicialmente, com a possibilidade de melhoria no futuro. Os clientes irão também poder informar e melhorar o acesso a informação que pretendem divulgar.
Nowadays it’s of great importance to obtain more information about any product or service, whether it’s an acquired product or exposed product in some way. The technological evolution present nowadays brings new needs to obtain that information, because it implies that the information is of easy exposure for those who want to transmit it and of easy and fast access to those who want to view it. To the Ifthen company arose the possibility of developing a solution of this kind, one that allows any personal or business entity to view or provide any information about products or services, similarly to what happens with the ATM references that the company already offers. The combination of creating a customizable page with the speed and ease of access using QR codes, which are also fully customizable, is something that, as far as it was possible to search, did not exist in the market. This dissertation aims to provide a Web-type solution that allows its direct customers to provide their end users (i.e. customers' customers) with access to dynamic and personalized information about products or services. This access must occur in an automated way using the scanning of QR codes. Direct customers should also be provided with a space where they can manage the pages and QR codes created for their products or services. The solution must also be easily used by people without any technical knowledge. For the objectives to be achieved it was necessary to carry out a study on the current industry, the creation of pages and the technology of QR codes where several characteristics, functionalities and types were evidenced. Through a detailed and complete design, it was possible to implement a solution. This solution recommended through the various stages of the dissertation fulfills most of the objectives outlined previously. The results obtained and the evaluation carried out on the solution prove that the software developed is a solution classified as good, where the accessibility and ease of the solution can be improved. The requesting company will be able to offer a personalized information service to its customers, as it initially wanted, with the possibility of improvement in the future. Customers will also be able to inform and improve access to information they wish to disclose.
