internacionalização assume no contexto atual
uma grande importância para as empresas, apresentandose
como tema central em vƔrios estudos, nos quais este Ʃ
analisado desde as mais diversas perspetivas.
Deste modo, e devido a diversos fatores de origem interna e
externa, as empresas optam por operar em vƔrios
mercados, para alƩm do domƩstico, procurando expandir a
sua atividade internacionalmente. Escolhem assim o
mercado de destino mais indicado, bem como a forma de
entrada tendo, neste âmbito, ao seu dispor um conjunto de
opƧƵes, de acordo com as suas caraterĆsticas e as do
ambiente em que irão atuar. Neste contexto, a presente
comunicação tem por objetivo explicar as diferentes etapas
do planeamento do processo de internacionalização.
In todayās scenario, international expansion is of great importance to companies, being the main subject of a number of studies, in which it is looked at through different perspectives. Therefore, and due to several internal and external factors, companies choose to conduct business in various markets, besides the domestic one, seeking to expand their activities internationally. Thus, they select the most adequate foreign market as well as the entry mode, having, in this regard, a number of options available, depending on their characteristics and those of the environment they will operate in. In this sense, this communication aims to explain the different stages of the internationalizationās process planning.
