Há medida que os profissionais de saúde crescem em escala internacional, paralelamente, as formações em hospitais e sistemas de saúde são cada vez mais importantes para que o atendimento aos pacientes seja rápido e irrepreensível. Essa evolução, para organizações cujos produtos se inserem na área da saúde, passa pelas plataformas de gestão de formação, e é nessa ótica de vanguarda que surge o tema para este projeto, uma vez que, a grande preocupação da ALERT é assegurar uma formação de qualidade, ágil e com processos de formação estruturados para os seus colaboradores e clientes em relação aos seus produtos. As plataformas de gestão da formação são desenhadas para centralizar os processos de formação de uma organização, permitindo de forma rápida supervisionar os mesmos sem que exista necessidade de interpolar entre ferramentas e plataformas diferentes. Essas plataformas permitem ainda o acompanhamento, planeamento e a monitorização de grandes quantidades de cursos de uma organização, impedindo a perda de informação. Para além disso, diminui o erro e poupa tempo às equipas de uma empresa na programação de formações para várias instituições, uma vez que, podem consultar a disponibilidade de salas de aulas, monitorizar inscrições e acompanhar esses mesmos planos de formação de forma rápida, segura e atualizada.
As healthcare professionals grow in importance internationally, so does the importance of training of this professionals in terms of IT systems, so everyone can benefit from it, from patients to every involved in their treatment. That evolution, for organizations whose products fit in the health area, goes through training management platforms, and it is in that forefront optic that the subject for this project comes up, as the biggest concern for ALERT is to ensure an agile high quality training, with structured processes for its employees and clients regarding company’s products. This type of platforms of training management are designed to centralize the training processes of any organization, allowing to control this in a much faster way without the need to “jump” in between different platforms. This platforms also allow the planning, follow up, and monitoring of great volumes of different types of training without losing any data. Besides it lowers the risk of errors and saves time to the training teams of any company when planning their content, given that they can consult the availability of class rooms, monitoring sign-ups and follow-up all this planning in a faster and safer way.
