- Estudo do clima organizacional na North Metal S.APublication . Oliveira, Ana Cristina Moreira; Martins, Dora Cristina MoreiraThis study focuses on the organizational climate in the organization North Metal S.A. and has as its main objective to understand what is the classification of the existing organizational climate in the organization and which dimensions should be targeted for intervention. This study was conducted in an organization that preferred not to reveal its identity, and thus North Metal was created to ensure the anonymity of the company in question. This study includes a literature review of the concepts addressed, the characterization of the company, the methodological approach, the discussion of results and, finally, the conclusion. This is a single case exploratory and descriptive study. In order to obtain answers to the objectives, a closed interview script was developed where the following dimensions were addressed: Work Environment; Equipment and Means of Protection; Occupational Health and Safety; Leadership Effectiveness; Communication; Compensation and Benefits; Integrity and Ethics; Teamwork; Job Satisfaction; Career Development and Training; Quality; Clients; Overall Satisfaction; North as a company to work for; and Benchmarketing. They were conducted with a total of 92 questions. Sixty-one workers from this company participated in this study. In relation to the results obtained, it was observed that the North Metal organization has a good organizational climate in accordance with the literature. With regard to the most and least scored dimensions, it was observed that there is a less positive perception in the variable compensation and benefits followed by the variable career development and training. However, markedly positive perceptions were evidenced in the variables overall satisfaction, teamwork and job satisfaction.
