| dc.description.abstract | O projeto "(Re)Erguer-se", orientado pela metodologia de investigação-ação participativa, teve como missão empoderar, capacitar, e diminuir o impacto da vitimação em contexto de violência, onde foram privilegiados os momentos de partilha de experiências,reflexão e escuta ativa. O projeto incidiu nas famnias vítimas de violência doméstica e nas dificuldades que os gestores de processos da Comissão de Proteção de Crianças e Jovens (CPCJ),participantes no projeto,sentem no acompanhamento dos processos que lhes são atribuídos. Através de estratégias participativas, o projeto permitiu o desenvolvimento e a conscientização das pessoas, a recuperação da sua autoestima e a valorização pessoal,ficando mais empoderadas para que não voltem a ser vítimas de abusos e violência de forma a saírem de um círculo vicioso que,por vezes, insiste em instalar-se. O envolvimento dos participantes e a sua co-responsabilização na construção do projeto permitiram que estes confiassem na intervenção. As ações desenvolvidas respeitaram o ritmo e o tempo de cada um/a, em prol das mudanças necessárias para cada participante encarar a vida,novamente, de forma mais positiva. O projeto baseou-se numa intervenção psicossocial planeada em conjunto, que partiu sempre das necessidades das duas famnias envolvidas, refletida com as famnias e, em parte, com os profissionais da CPCJ. Os resultados deste projeto demonstraram ser positivos, espoletando melhorias quanto à valorização pessoal e empoderamento dos participantes, assim como uma melhor articulação na análise dos processos na Comissão. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | The "(Re) Erguer-se" project, guided by the participatory action-research methodology, had the mission of empowering, training, and reducing the impact of victimization in the context of violence,where moments of sharing experiences, reflection and active listening. The project focused on families of domestic violence victims and on the difficulties that process managers of the Commission for the Protection of Children and Youth (CPCJ), participating in the project,feel in monitoring the processes attributed to them. Through participatory strategies,the project allowed the development and awareness of people,the recovery of their self-esteem and personal appreciation, becoming more empowered so that they do not return to being victims of abuse and violence in order to get out of a vicious circle that, sometimes he insists on settling in. The involvement of the participants and their co-responsibility in the construction of the project allowed them to trust the intervention. The actions developed respected the pace and time of each one,in favor of the necessary changes for each participant to face life, again, in a more positive way. The project was based on a psychosocial intervention planned together, which always started from the needs of the two families involved,reflected with the families and,in part, with the CPCJ professionals.The results of this project proved to be positive, triggering improvements in the personal valuation and empowerment of the participants, as well as a better articulation in the analysis of the processes in the Commission. | pt_PT |
