Abstract(s)
O presente trabalho procura introduzir novas abordagens que visem combater o decréscimo da rentabilidade na produção. Como se deve compreender no que foi exporto, o objetivo principal desta dissertação é propor e avaliar propostas de melhoria que visem o aumento da rentabilidade produtiva da empresa IRMALEX. A estrutura definida nesta dissertação após a sua introdução no capítulo 1 centra-se no capítulo 2 na apresentação da empresa IRMALEX e do problema, com a descrição dos problemas levantados atendendo às vertentes mais críticas. Seguidamente, no capítulo 3, com o enquadramento teórico, ferramentas de análise de problemas, onde serão encontradas as causas da raiz destes problemas. Posteriormente no capítulo seguinte é realizada uma análise de desempenho da linha de produção onde finalmente serão criados planos de ações para a resolução das causas. Ações que serão implementadas e avaliadas para garantir a sua eficácia e eficiência. Por fim, o capítulo 5 são descritas as conclusões e os desenvolvimentos futuros enquadráveis com a melhoria continua na IRMALEX. Esta dissertação com ligação direta à IRMALEX tem igualmente dados que podem ser extrapolados e adaptados a outras empresas do mesmo setor.
This work seeks to introduce new approaches that aim to combat the decrease in profitability in production. As one must understand in what was exported, the main objective of this dissertation is to propose and evaluate proposals for improvement aimed at increasing the productive profitability of the IRMALEX company. The structure defined in this dissertation after its introduction in chapter 1 focuses in chapter 2 on the presentation of the company IRMALEX and the problem, with a description of the problems raised in view of the most critical aspects. Then, in chapter 3, with the theoretical framework, problem analysis tools, where the root causes of these problems will be found. Later, in the next chapter, an analysis of the production line performance is performed, where finally action plans will be created to solve the causes. Actions that will be implemented and evaluated to ensure their effectiveness and efficiency. Finally, chapter 5 describes the conclusions and future developments framed by continuous improvement at IRMALEX. This dissertation with direct connection to IRMALEX also has data that can be extrapolated and adapted to other companies in the same sector.
