Abstract(s)
Este estudo foi desenvolvido em contexto empresarial e apresenta o levantamento de uma
oportunidade de melhoria conjunta nos processos de gestão de stocks, compras e logística
com o objetivo de otimizar a seleção e envio dos artigos com necessidade de reposição.
O caso de estudo apresentado neste documento retrata o circuito logístico entre uma
empresa sediada em Angola e outra em Portugal. A primeira dedica-se à venda por grosso
e a retalho que é fornecida pela segunda, onde também está concentrada a gestão de
aprovisionamento.
Integrando uma sociedade menos desenvolvida como Angola, a delicadeza e complexidade
dos problemas associam-se à incerteza, tornando um ambiente propício para a identificação
e implantação de melhorias nos processos de decisão, colmatando a dependência de apoio
em sistemas e serviços externos.
Com uma logística de abastecimento intercontinental, a seleção e envio de mercadoria é
uma preocupação dos gestores, uma vez que o tempo de fornecimento é longo e poderá
afetar a performance das vendas caso seja uma decisão não sustentada. Com o foco no
apoio à decisão, desenvolveu-se uma ferramenta que incorpora os detalhes da atividade
empresarial que permite selecionar os artigos para reposição, maximizando o seu potencial
valor de vendas.
This study was developed in a business context and presents an opportunity to joint improvement in inventory management process, purchasing and logistics in order to optimize the selection and sending the products in need of replacement. The case study presented in this document reflects the logistic circuit between a company based in Angola and another in Portugal. The first is dedicated to sale to wholesale and retail that is provided for the second witch also concentrates the supply management. Integrating a less developed society such as Angola, the delicacy and complexity of the problems are associated with uncertainty, making appropriate environment to the identification and implementation of improvements in decision-making processes, bridging the dependence on external support systems and services. With an intercontinental supply logistics, the selection and shipment products is a concern for managers since the time associated in supply is long and can affect sales performance if the decision in non-sustainable. With a focus on decision support, it developed a tool that incorporates the details of business activity that allows selecting the items for replacement, maximizing their potential sales value.
