Abstract(s)
Objetivo - O objetivo do estágio passa por analisar as diversas fases de um projeto financiado desde a ideia, processo de candidatura, implementação do projeto e relatório final e participar das atividades inerentes a cada fase.
Metodologia - A metodologia utilizada foi um acompanhamento direto da realização das atividades que estavam previstas. Foi executada uma investigação documental, através de pesquisa de documentos na internet e levantamento de candidaturas que não foram aprovadas. De modo a complementar a pesquisa já elaborada, foi realizada uma entrevista semi-estruturada à gestora de projetos da PBS. Durante o estágio foram, ainda, detetadas algumas lacunas/problemas na entidade de acolhimento e, a partir destas lacunas, foi desenvolvida uma solução apropriada e apresentada a quem de respeito.
Resultados – Os principais resultados são uma ferramenta de organização de eventos que supre as necessidades da entidade de acolhimento e que já se encontra implementada, um rascunho/sugestão de onboarding plan que servirá para a elaboração do onboarding plan oficial da Porto Business School e uma compilação detalhada dos programas de financiamento Nacionais e Europeus (Portugal 2020, Portugal 2030, Erasmus+, Horizon 2020 e Horizon Europe).
Conclusão – As principais contribuições deste estágio, para além do apoio nos projetos financiados, foi o desenvolvimento de ferramentas de apoio à entidade de acolhimento, o que permite um dia a dia de trabalho mais fácil, podendo priorizar outras tarefas.
Objective - The aim of the internship includes analysing the various phases of a funded project from the idea, application process, project implementation and final report and participating in the activities inherent to each phase. Methodology - The methodology used was direct monitoring of the implementation of the activities that were planned. A documental investigation was carried out, through the research of documents on the internet and a review of applications that were not approved. In order to complement the research already prepared, a semi-structured interview was carried out with the project manager of PBS. During the internship some gaps/problems in the host entity were also detected and, from these gaps, an appropriate solution was developed and presented to those concerned. Results - The main results are an event organization tool that supplies the needs of the host entity and that is already implemented, a draft/suggested onboarding plan that will serve for the elaboration of the official onboarding plan of Porto Business School and a detailed compilation of the National and European funding programs (Portugal 2020, Portugal 2030, Erasmus+, Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe). Conclusion - The main cocontributionf this internship, beyond the support in the funded projects, was the development of tools to support the host entity, which allows an ier day-to-day work, being able to prioritize other tasks.
