Abstract(s)
O presente trabalho tem como objeto de estudo a comunicação entre a escola e os
pais/encarregados de educação. Este estudo surgiu da necessidade de perceber como se
poderia melhorar a comunicação entre os intervenientes na educação da criança, pois por
vezes, os pais/encarregados de educação não conseguem deslocar-se à escola para poderem
trocar informações com o docente.
O enquadramento teórico deste trabalho elucida o conceito comunicação e como esta
decorre nas organizações e na relação escola-pais/encarregados de educação.
Posteriormente, e mediante a análise dos dados recolhidos para o estudo empírico, foi
proposto um plano de ação que sugere implementar uma página de escola com acesso a
email, para melhorar a comunicação entre escola e pais/encarregados de educação.
