O presente relatório reflete acerca da experiência de estágio curricular concretizada na Up We Go, agência de Marketing Digital, no âmbito da conclusão do ciclo do Mestrado em Marketing Digital do Instituto Superior de Contabilidade e Administração do Porto (ISCAP).
O estágio curricular decorreu entre 16 de setembro de 2024 e 20 de dezembro de 2024, perfazendo um total de 400 horas. Os objetivos do estágio incluíam a gestão de redes sociais; a criação e agendamento de conteúdos; o desenvolvimento e execução de campanhas de email-marketing; a redação de conteúdos otimizados para SEO; o apoio na criação de estratégias; a análise de tendências de mercado e comportamento de consumidores, a colaboração com a equipa e, por fim, a participação em reuniões e brainstormings.
Com base nos objetivos previamente definidos, foram propostas diversas tarefas enquadradas na área de Inbound Marketing. A concretização dessas atividades permitiu aplicar, na prática, os conhecimentos teóricos adquiridos ao longo do Mestrado e na revisão de literatura e contribuiu positivamente para a produtividade da empresa e para os resultados dos clientes. A nível pessoal, a experiência de estágio revelou-se fulcral para o desenvolvimento de competências como a proatividade, a autonomia, o trabalho em equipa, o domínio de ferramentas digitais, a gestão de tempo e a criatividade.
O estágio proporcionou uma visão geral sobre o funcionamento de uma agência de Marketing Digital e os seus desafios diários, permitindo o desenvolvimento de competências cruciais para o cargo atual de trabalho e para eventuais oportunidades futuras.
This report reflects on the curricular internship experience carried out at Up We Go, a digital marketing agency, as part of the completion of the Master's degree in Digital Marketing at Instituto Superior de Contabilidade e Administração do Porto (ISCAP). The internship took place between 16th September 2024 and 20th December 2024, totalling 400 hours. The objectives of the internship included social media management; content creation and scheduling; the development and execution of email marketing campaigns; writing SEO-optimised content; supporting strategy creation; analysing market trends and consumer behaviour; collaborating with the team; and, finally, participating in meetings and brainstorming sessions. Based on the previously defined objectives, several tasks were proposed in the area of Inbound Marketing. The implementation of these activities allowed me to apply, in practice, the theoretical knowledge acquired throughout the Master's programme and in the literature review and contributed positively to the company's productivity and customer results. On a personal level, the internship experience proved to be crucial for the development of skills such as proactivity, autonomy, teamwork, mastery of digital tools, time management, and creativity. The internship provided an overview of how a digital marketing agency works and its daily challenges, allowing the development of key skills for the current job position and for possible future opportunities.
