Com vista ao crescimento do número de instalações, muitas destas não possuem espaço físico para instalação de painéis, ou não possuem capital para investir, dentre outros fatores que levaram a necessidade de revisão das leis para permitir o autoconsumo coletivo e as comunidades de energia. De forma a adequar as legislações e permitir novas formas de uso e partilha da energia solar, atendendo a diretiva europeia, Portugal e Espanha publicaram novos decretos de lei que já estão em vigor. A presente dissertação pretende avaliar o impacto destas novas legislações sobre o regime de autoconsumo no mercado Ibérico. Para tal, é feito um estudo com dois cenários de comunidade de energia em Portugal, estimando as necessidades de troca de energia com a rede.With the huge increase in renewable energies at European and global level, solar photovoltaic energy is highlighting the use of technology in the form of production for self-consumption, where the producers are named prosumers. In view of the growth in the number of installations, many of them do not have physical space to install panels, or do not have capital to invest, among other factors that led to the need to review the laws to allow collective self-consumption and energy communities. In order to adapt the laws and allow new forms of use and sharing of solar energy, in accordance with the European Directive, Portugal and Spain have published new legislations that are already in force. This thesis aims to evaluate the impact of these new legislations on the self-consumer regime in the Iberian market.
